 The Care Charity Center for childen is a pilot health initiative that serves as a primary health care center including consultation, general health services, a pharmacy and out patient ward.
Additionally, the clinic surgical theatre acts as a screening center for those children who are in need of tertiary medical attention through providing ophthalmic, general and dental surgery.
Care Charity is working towards a plan to replicate this initiative in all six geopolitical zones of the country. An outline of what the children of the subsidized health clinic will receive:
- Consultation and treatment
- Subsidized medication or free medication
- Infant care and hygiene education
- Screening for surgery
- Tertiary medical attention through sponsored surgical operations
- Dental treatment
- Ophthalmic Care
